David Enos

Dave has more than thirty years of law enforcement experience and has served as a Civilian, Military, and Federal Police Officer; Civilian and Military Special Agent;  Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAC); Special Agent in Charge (SAC); Assistant Operations Officer (A/OPS); Operations Officer (OPS); and a Senior Special Agent.
 
Dave has extensive investigative experience in general crimes, terrorism, undercover operations, narcotics, crimes against persons (sexual assault and child abuse), property crimes, white-collar crimes, contract and grant fraud, administrative investigations, and internal affairs.
 
Dave has a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management from Columbia University, Takoma Park, MD, and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice with an Emphasis on Legal Studies from Grand Canyon University, Phoenix, AZ.
 
Since 2005, Dave has served as the Senior Special Agent assigned to the Internal Affairs Unit for the US Postal Service Office of Inspector General.  He has been responsible for conducting nationwide administrative, civil, and criminal investigations involving the approximately 3800 law enforcement personnel and support staff assigned to the various law enforcement responsibilities within the US Postal Service.
 
Dave has served as the Federal/International Liaison for the NIAIA since 2006.
